How long do renovations take?
Timeframes depend on your schedule, the size of the space (bathroom, kitchen or laundry) and the scope of the project. We’ll put together and walk you through a detailed schedule prior to beginning, but we complete the majority of our renovation projects within a 2-4 week period (while ensuring the impact on your busy home life is as uninterrupted as possible).

Can I stay in my home?
The space we’re working on will be out of action during the renovation process. So for a single bathroom home this can cause things to be a bit tricky. We can organise a temporary shower and toilet, but some customers prefer to just stay elsewhere. Where as with kitchen and laundry renovations, the inconvenience is much less pronounced.
That being said, if you have more than one bathroom in the home, this makes things easy. Since we can renovate one bathroom at a time, ensuring you always have a functioning toilet and shower, without having to stay elsewhere or arrange temporary amenities.
Do you organise all the tradespeople?
Indeed! Our team of expert, experienced tradesmen will be coordinated managed by one of our senior Builders , who will provide you with full-time support throughout the process, ensuring that our all work moves according to schedule, and everything is kept as clean and tidy as possible.
A frequently asked question surrounding your service
Yes, to both options! We do have our own in-house designer and architect to assist wherever needed in bringing your dream renovation to life. However if you prefer to use a designer or architect of your own, we’d be more than happy to work with your plans or designs.
Do you provide any guarantees?
Renoflare offers an industry leading waterproofing guarantee of 10 years (using our premium system). We also offer a statutory warranty on all labour, materials and waterproofing as per the NSW Home Building Act.
Only fully licensed and qualified tradesmen will be working on your project. Further, every team member is vetted, inducted and managed by our senior builder Garry.
We also provide Home Building Compensation insurance for all projects over $20,000, in accordance with government regulation.
